At Aquadoir, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please read our return and exchange policy below.

1. Return period

UK customers have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the item.

After you tell us you want to return your item, you must send it back to us within 14 days.

  • Email address used for the order
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos, if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect

2. Return condition

To be accepted for return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unused
  • Clean
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, stains, marks, pet hair, or damage
  • Returned with original tags, labels, and packaging where possible

We reserve the right to refuse or reduce a refund if the item has been used, damaged, washed, worn, altered, or handled more than necessary.

3. Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Personalised or customised items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items, where legally permitted
  • Items returned in used, worn, washed, stained, or damaged condition
  • Items without original tags or packaging, where this affects resale condition

This does not affect your legal rights if the product is faulty, not as described, or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges depending on stock availability.

You may request an exchange for:

  • A different size
  • A different colour
  • The same item, if available

Please include your order number and the size or colour you would like instead.

If the requested item is not available, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another suitable option.

Customers may be responsible for return postage for size or colour exchanges unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

5. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

If the item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Repair, where appropriate
  • Refund

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, Aquadoir will cover reasonable return postage where required.

6. Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, size changes, or preference-based exchanges, customers are responsible for return postage unless stated otherwise.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Aquadoir is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return costs where required.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving proof that the item has been sent back.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

8. Delivery charges

For UK legal cancellation returns, standard delivery charges may be refunded where required by law.

If you selected a more expensive delivery option, such as express delivery, we may only refund the standard delivery cost.

Return postage is usually the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, and international charges are usually non-refundable by Aquadoir, as these are charged by customs authorities or third-party providers.

International return times may vary depending on the courier and country.

10. Late or missing refunds

If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card provider or payment provider
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary
