Aquadoir currently ships within the United Kingdom.
We may also offer international shipping to selected countries where available at checkout.
If your country is not available at checkout, we may not currently ship to your location.
3. UK delivery
UK orders are sent using trusted delivery partners.

9. Incorrect delivery address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
Aquadoir is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

10. Missed deliveries
If a courier attempts delivery and you are not available, they may leave a delivery card, attempt redelivery, deliver to a neighbour, leave the parcel in a safe place, or send it to a collection point.
Please follow the courier’s instructions to arrange redelivery or collection.
Aquadoir is not responsible for parcels that are not collected within the courier’s collection period.

13. Customs, duties, and import taxes
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges applied by their country.
These charges are not controlled by Aquadoir and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
Aquadoir is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
If a customer refuses to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned to us, any refund may exclude shipping charges, return fees, customs charges, or handling costs.
14. Failed delivery or returned parcels
If an order is returned to Aquadoir because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, we may contact you to arrange redelivery.
